J & M Cleaning Inc. understands that Commercial Properties require customized cleaning depending on a multitude of factors. Using our experience, we can suggest a scope that will satisfy any need. Alternatively, prospective customers can provide a scope as well so we can tailor our service plan accordingly. Together, we will ensure your property is safe and clean.

Building Service Plan
Once the final scope is approved, we will tailor our commercial cleaning services to fit your unique cleaning and disinfecting requirements. A floor plan is then generated to ensure our cleaners, supervisors, managers and the customer know which services are to be completed each day within the suite/Building.
Single Point of Contact
Each customer will be assigned a Personal Account Manager (PAM - usually your salesperson). Your PAM will be in charge of all day-to-day communication and rapid resolution of all service requests and inquiries.
If for any reason your PAM is not reachable, a quick call or email to the office will be the only other step necessary. Our proven customer support structure will ensure any inconveniences are resolved timely.

ABOUT J & M CLEANING INC
In 2016 J & M Cleaning Inc. was created to support/Sub-Contract various janitorial jobs from a local franchisee. After disagreements regarding timely payments from the Franchise, J & M Cleaning Inc.'s founder decided to part ways with the franchisee and began developing customers during the day, then servicing accounts at nights.

In 2019 J & M Cleaning Inc. hired a new CEO. Using her strong background in HR, operations and logistics, she has since overseen the rapid growth of every beneficial department of the company.

With the emphasis on accountability and safety the executive team has maintained the high levels expected to sustain the year over year growth.

As of 2022, J & M Cleaning Inc. has not only developed but real-world tested the necessary department to deal with the global pandemic. This department now complements the Nightly Janitorial and Project Clean departments
